As of today, Bateriku.com is the only battery service provider that offers nationwide after sales support through the brand’s ecosystem stakeholders namely Bateriku.com’s outlets.

- You’ll see our Bateriku Hero details, the distance to your location and its en-route journey

- Payment can be made through online payments, cash and even e-wallets

- After the completion of your service, you can rate and provide feedback the Bateriku Hero to help us improve your next experience

- Your invoice will be automatically stored into the mobile app

Battery Replacement

Customer service thru w/sapp & shoppee apps very responsive & helpful. The technician also very polite & patiently answered my question at site during changing my battery. Actually this is my 3rd times purchase bateriku for my car, service was good & the battery lifetime estimation also almost accurate. 3rd purchase already so what you guys expect? Of course I’m satisfied with the service. Pssttt let say you guys have not enough budget, just use shoppee pay later & acknowledge bateriku team via w/sapp so then they will arrange technician to your place. Service was pleasant, convenient & trustworthy. I am a happy customer & for sure would recommend Bateriku to my friends & families. May Bateriku always success & down to earth, and please stay honest like what u are now ok 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

Make my day easier.

My battery totally out, (kong) so I didn't know what to do as I have a work in the morning, then my sister recommended I to use bateriku apps, then I’m like what is this!! it looks new for me, as my car battery kong, I would be going to workshop, so while I’m in the office as I have no time for waiting I did the booking to fix the battery at the night at my house, the customer service called me to double confirm on my battery booking, the cost reasonable compare to workshop this to be honest as I’m 15 years car driver, bateriku help me interm of faster and easier for those are staying out of town, middle of highway, or etc.
This is also really helpful for others too especially ladies.

Best (Battery) Assistance Ever

I’ve used Bateriku twice now, and it’s the best battery assistance ever, especially when you’re in dire need for a replacement somewhere stranded. Their response is pretty fast (like within 5 mins or so after putting your request you’ll be most likely getting a call from them), the price is very, very reasonable considering they only use reliable brands (and not the cokia/aftermarket/pasar malam generic brands) WITH warranties. For instance a brand and service that would cost me 280 in some workshop they got it for like what, 200? With that kind of service, I’m really rooting for them to be one of the top service. They deserve to be a Unicorn. I don’t normally do reviews, let alone this long, but yeah, GO BATERIKU! 💯
